Property Management
The key to Property Management is taking the stress away from clients by applying experience and expertise to looking after your client's best interests.

On a basic level this would mean ensuring that a tenant pays their rent on time, even though this is not always as simple as it sounds.
Further to this, it is ensuring that tenants are:

  • treating the property with respect,
  • obiding by the rules in the tenancy agreement or lease,
  • not causing disturbances to neighbours,
  • reporting problems when they occur so that we can solve them,
  • maintaining it physically by keeping it clean and reporting faults,
  • allowing us to inspect regularly,
  • keeping in communication with us.
As property managers, we ensure that we are up to date with all legislation, including:

  • Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards
  • Deposit Protection Services
  • Landlord & Tenant Laws
  • Law of Property Acts
  • Inventories and inspection rights
  • Party Wall Laws
  • Town & Country Planning Acts
  • Planning Permission and Change of Use
  • Permitted Development
  • Commercial Rent Arrears Collection
  • Eviction Rights
  • Laws surrounding Bailiffs and Forfeiture
